Job Description

Ingram Content Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Content Operations team in LaVergne, TN. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support for various Ingram Content applications, open systems, data fulfillment, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for publishers and retail partners in CoreSource and related Ingram distribution points.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from publishers, internal users, and retailers regarding content files, metadata, and CoreSource operations.
  • Assist CoreSource users with password resets, administration basics, searching, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and communicate potential CoreSource performance issues via Tier 3 support.
  • Assist with setting up distribution channels in CoreSource for new publishers and/or partners.
  • Communicate the resolution to the customer and properly document for escalation as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of experience in Call Center or related Customer Service role.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting software and/or hardware/network.
  • 1 year of experience supporting a variety of Operating Systems and web browser versions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting technical services.
  • Publishing or book industry experience.
  • Intermediate MS Excel experience, including data manipulation.
  • Experience with Zendesk or other call tracking or ticketing system.
