Sales Development Representative

Viking Manufacturing Inc is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Sales Representative to drive our sales initiatives to new heights.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Management
- Efficiently filter and qualify incoming leads to identify high-potential prospects.
- Utilize CRM tools efficiently to manage and track leads, sales activities, and client interactions. Proficiency in HubSpot is highly desirable.
- Client Interaction and Sales Execution
- Promptly schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct live sales calls, negotiate, and close deals promptly to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Industry Expertise
- Apply knowledge and experience in selling steel structures to provide informed and relevant solutions to clients.
- Collaboration and Strategy
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to client management.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address client concerns and improve service delivery.
- Support CSO to Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategy adjustments.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Feedback and Improvement
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the steel structures or construction industry.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot). Strong organizational and time management skills.
