About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators to support our hiring efforts and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- You will partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy that supports our growth goals while ensuring alignment with our values and culture.
- As a data-driven expert, you will drive recruiting process best practices, continuously optimizing processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Achieve hiring plan goals by setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- You will also lead our data and reporting efforts, establishing and tracking key recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with 2+ years of management experience.
- Prior experience working in high-growth startups.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruiting teams.
- Strong data-driven expertise and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Charlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees, including a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $176,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
