Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior representatives as needed.
  • Provide product information and support to customers, including warranty details, product comparisons, and dealer referrals.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to type 35-45 words per minute.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
