About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our State Farm Agent team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving agency growth, retention, and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Insurance Sales: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Marketing and Sales: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, prospect and initiate new business sales, and build business referral relationships.
