Job Title: Social Worker - DASH Crisis Center

Family Service League Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at the DASH (Diagnostic, Assessment, and Stabilization Hub) Crisis Center. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing crisis intervention, assessment, and stabilization services to individuals, children, and families in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults, adolescents, and children with diverse mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services, including telephonic and in-person support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Link clients with community resources and services to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document all clinical interactions and interventions in accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Social Work or related field required.
  • LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related licensed clinical degree required.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a behavioral health setting, with clinical experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and experience with Electronic Health Records a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
