Position Summary

The Regional Merchandise & Marketing Manager will oversee branding and marketing strategies within a developing region, supporting multiple accounts. This pivotal role involves communicating, training, and providing implementation support for marketing and merchandising initiatives across various consumer experience programs and services. The manager will spearhead the marketing efforts for the region, driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction while upholding the Company brand.

This role may require up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops solutions to enhance customer engagement
  • Mentors and motivates unit marketing managers to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Acts as a central planning resource, managing content and standards
  • Engages in client innovation discussions, offering strategic insights based on consumer feedback
  • Utilizes market research to validate project goals and capitalize on emerging trends
  • Collaborates with onsite marketing teams to ensure quality and consistency
  • Performs additional duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least five years of experience in regional branding and/or marketing
  • Background in the hospitality or foodservice industry
  • Strategic, creative, and innovative mindset with a focus on current marketing trends
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of financial principles: revenue, margins, costs, and risks
  • Able to collaborate with diverse internal teams
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor content for various stakeholders
