Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Client Success team. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for leading client strategy, facilitating project execution, and supporting the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities with ease.
  • Facilitate content/design briefs to initiate new projects.
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure all projects and tasks are assigned correctly in Project Management System.
  • Attend client meetings and provide post-meeting action items for follow-up by the Account Director or support staff.
  • Oversee email marketing efforts, including uploading of lists, email campaign launches, and monitoring results.
  • Oversee client organic social media strategies.
  • Provide support in initiating client website updates, including blog posts as needed.
  • Learn social media and digital marketing advertising platforms to gain insight into campaign performance.
  • Meet regularly with your Account Director(s) for project planning/client strategy discussions.
  • Support in proofing projects prior to client presentation (i.e., landing pages, emails, ad campaigns).
  • Facilitating requested project changes from clients through our project management platform.
Requirements
  • MINIMUM 1-3 years of B2B Agency experience required.
  • Familiarity with the creative and strategic process, web development, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns.
  • An ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities with ease.
  • Comfort working with individuals in all levels of the client organization, including strong skills interacting with senior-level management.
