Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:

  • Insurance sales experience, preferably with Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses.
  • Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Property & Casualty license.
  • Life & Health license.
