- Conduct needs assessments and provide quotes for various insurance products, including property and casualty, life, and health insurance.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the business community, including small business owners, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Enthusiasm and belief in the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
