Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide quotes for various insurance products, including property and casualty, life, and health insurance.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the business community, including small business owners, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
  • Enthusiasm and belief in the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
