  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:

  • Insurance sales experience and/or Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses are preferred.
  • Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to effectively relate to customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • A Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license are required (must be able to obtain).
