Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Automotive Internet Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating appointments and quotes, handling incoming leads, and assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers.
  • Handle all incoming internet leads and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and direct them to product information resources.
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
  • Deliver inquiries/messages to other sales personnel and departments promptly.
Requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
