Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Axis Communications AB. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and providing administrative support to our HR team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate candidate scheduling, travel, and interview facilitation to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with multiple management levels and personalities, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Assist recruiters in ensuring a seamless recruiting process, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new strategies.
- Prepare and disseminate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Support employment brand initiatives to build awareness and maintain a positive image by identifying networking opportunities and utilizing social media to share open positions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technological proficiency with MS Office and Outlook programs, with experience with Workday HRIS a strong preference.
- Ability to work collaboratively, with a mature-minded attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with superior spelling and grammar.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently prioritize and plan work activities.
