- Store Operations and Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company guidelines and regulations.
- Human Resources and Development
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
- Perform human resource management duties, including hiring, training, and communicating with corporate management.
- Financial Management
- Manage store finances, including payroll, inventory, and expenses.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting, including sales data and inventory levels.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.
