As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of maintenance technicians, ensuring the repair and maintenance of production equipment, facility infrastructure, and physical plant.

Key Responsibilities\

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance of machines, working closely with the building and grounds supervisor and manager.\
  • Work with the training coordinator to ensure compliance with governmental and state regulations, such as OSHA.\
  • Recommend procedural and physical improvements to enhance facility efficiency.\
  • Maintain historical data of repairs and costs.\
  • Collaborate with the production manager to improve plant efficiency.\
  • Implement training programs for direct reports, working with the training coordinator.\
  • Maintain employee timecards and make purchases for facility and machine maintenance.\
  • Utilize mechanical skills, including reading blueprints and schematics of electrical and pneumatics systems.\
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual abilities a plus.\

Requirements\

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate degree preferred.\
  • Five years of mechanical experience, preferably in injection molding.\
  • Ability to climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.\
