Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in achieving its mission and vision. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of strategic leadership, fundraising, and program development, with a passion for global humanitarian work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the organization's growth and impact.
  • Lead the development and implementation of fundraising strategies to secure resources and support for the organization's programs.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with other international and domestic relief organizations, governments, and stakeholders to enhance the organization's reach and impact.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that address the needs of vulnerable populations around the world.
  • Ensure the organization's financial sustainability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach to finance, accounting, and operations.
  • Successful leadership and management experience in finance and business operations.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills, written and oral.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $170,000 - $185,000.
  • A monthly stipend for medical insurance.
  • A 401(k) plan with a 25% employer match.
  • PTO: 1 week of paid time off available after 6 months of employment (increases to 2 weeks of paid time off after 1 year).
  • 40 hours paid sick leave and 9 paid holidays.
  • Every other Friday off.
