Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage and optimize operational efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Represent the medical center in the community, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our services and mission.
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of success in leading complex organizations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive business growth, improve patient outcomes, and foster a culture of excellence within an organization.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $230,000 - $370,000 annually.
- Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
- Minimal travel required.
