Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in achieving its mission and vision. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of strategic leadership, fundraising, and program development, with a passion for global humanitarian work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the organization's growth and impact.
  • Lead the development and implementation of fundraising strategies to secure resources and support for our programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that address the needs of vulnerable populations.
  • Ensure the organization's financial sustainability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, non-profit management, or international relations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a nonprofit or humanitarian organization.
  • Proven track record of fundraising and development, with a strong network of donors and partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
