Job Summary

H&R Block is seeking an Operations Admin to provide administrative support within a Region District or Districts. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational and hiring support, ordering supplies, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Document and track customer contacts using software solutions and computer systems.
  • Adapt to changes in user demands, work environment, and processes or requirements.
  • Maintain a technical working knowledge of product or products supported by the department.
  • Attend training related to the effective and efficient performance of job duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and calmly on the telephone, email, and chat.
