Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Coordinator to join our team at Las Cruces Inc. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees and clients, coordinating with external vendors, and monitoring and troubleshooting IT issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and user requests
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular IT audits and ensure compliance with security protocols
  • Provide training and support to users on IT systems and applications
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an IT support or coordination role
  • Basic technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to provide friendly and effective customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, this position may occasionally require the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds of paper, files, and/or equipment.

This position requires the ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time to enter data into multiple systems and conduct face-to-face meetings or interviews.
