Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Catering / Hospitality Assistant to support our law firm client in Washington, DC. This contract role will involve working on-site and requires a strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and will be responsible for:

  • Managing office supplies, including coffee, tea, and snacks
  • Checking inventory levels and submitting orders
  • Preparing and setting up daily refreshments
  • Maintaining organization of supply cabinets and pantries
  • Restocking conference rooms and common areas
  • Reporting any maintenance or facilities issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maneuver carts/dollies
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Schedule:

  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday
  • 7 am to 4 pm schedule with some flexibility required
