Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Certified Addiction Counselor to join our team at Delta-T Group Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide outreach, case management, counseling, advocacy, and other needed services to clients in various environments. They will also maintain written and computerized records, compile reports, and complete other program documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to formulate an Individual Recovery Plan
  • Provide counseling and advocacy services to clients in various settings
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
  • Compile reports and complete other program documentation as required
  • Lead groups, workshops, and in-service meetings on relevant topics

Requirements

  • DC Licensure as a Certified Addiction Specialist
  • Minimum of one year experience in social services, supported housing, or with persons with disabilities
  • Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills
  • Covid 19 Vaccination
