Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Certification as a Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) Level 1 is mandatory.
  • Licensed Certified Counselor (LCC) credentials are required.
  • Experience in addiction counseling or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Understanding of evidence-based addiction treatment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with local support resources and treatment options for individuals dealing with addiction.
