Company Background

American Family Care (AFC) is a leading provider of primary and urgent care services across the United States, operating seven days a week on a walk-in basis. Our modern facilities are designed to address acute illnesses and injuries, along with offering workers' compensation and occupational health services. Each center is equipped with an onsite laboratory and x-ray capabilities.

AFC also oversees AFC Franchising, LLC (AFCF), and this position will engage directly with a franchised location. Responsibilities and benefits may vary across different franchises.


Position Summary

The ideal candidate will actively engage with employers, medical offices, legal practices, surgical centers, clinics, and rehabilitation facilities to promote our services. This role requires participation in marketing and sales for Occupational Health services, workers' compensation, urgent care, laboratory services, and more. We are looking for someone who:

  • Exhibits strong communication abilities
  • Has a background in door-to-door marketing
  • Possesses experience in medical marketing and sales
  • Is willing to visit employers' offices to introduce our clinic's services and secure contracts for occupational health and workers' compensation services
  • Is organized, capable of report writing, and adept at maintaining close communication with management

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate strategies to boost local awareness of urgent care and occupational health services
  • Identify target markets and business opportunities through research and analysis
  • Represent the company by engaging with local businesses and medical practices, and manage these relationships effectively
  • Build and sustain positive working relationships with all departments, center staff, corporate employees, and franchisees
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
  • Experience in conducting face-to-face sales meetings and making cold and warm calls
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on business growth
