We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Ascension. As a CST, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.
Responsibilities- Prepare the surgical operating suite with sterile drapes, solutions, and instruments.
- Hand instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures.
- Assist with patient preparation, transportation, and positioning.
- Maintain instrument organization and track counts throughout procedures.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire.
- Surgical Tech certification from NCCT or NBSTSA.
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree/Technical degree, or 4 years of applicable experience.
