Position Overview

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Night Shift Nursing Supervisor is accountable for overseeing and managing the daily functions of a 46-bed pediatric facility dedicated to chronic care. This role involves directing the care delivery by nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes, maintaining high standards of care, and enhancing the overall patient experience. The supervisor is expected to cultivate and sustain positive relationships among team members, physicians, and medical personnel to promote effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing operations during the night shift.
- Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment among healthcare staff to enhance patient care.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role.
