About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Care Center team at ChristianaCare. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care to children under the age of 18 with a variety of diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in pediatric care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes excellent patient care and teamwork.
Requirements
  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire.
  • Two years of Acute Care RN experience strongly preferred.
  • Pediatric, pediatric emergency, emergency department or critical care experience preferred.
  • Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.
  • BLS Certification required; ACLS & PALS preferred.
