ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to inspire and guide your team in delivering outstanding service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Your role involves ensuring that you and your team curate distinctive and personalized looks for customers, fostering joy and building lasting connections with the brand.

You will lead by example, adeptly navigating changing circumstances through informed, solution-oriented decision-making that drives positive business results. Your leadership will cultivate a supportive and engaging team culture, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer Engagement & Brand Representation
    Communicate the South Lunar brand ethos to all customers, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met and surpassed by the team.
  • Sales Environment Creation
    Foster a selling atmosphere that emphasizes seamless customer interactions, personalized styling, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration & Communication
    Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all retail operations, making informed decisions based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Visual Merchandising & Operational Excellence
    Uphold South Lunar's visual and operational standards while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance metrics to meet and exceed store objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience in a management role within a retail environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and POS systems.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

To perform the essential functions of this role, candidates must be able to stand, walk, and communicate effectively. Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds may be required. Visual acuity and depth perception are necessary for this position.
