Commercial Territory Sales Executive

Sullivan Tire Companies has been a family-operated business for over 60 years, providing top-notch tire and automotive services. As a Commercial Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing assigned territories to ensure optimal sales performance and profitability. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction while growing the business and increasing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with management to increase profitability through improved efficiencies and productivity levels.
- You are responsible for meeting or exceeding established objectives in the areas of sales, units, profitability, and customer satisfaction for assigned territory.
- Deliver quality work on time, every time, to customers to ensure long-term growth in sales and profits.
- Work with other departments (marketing, distribution, corporate, etc.) to grow business and increase sales for your assigned territory.
- Submit weekly call reports utilizing internal software applications.
Requirements:
- A minimum of high school diploma is required.
- 3-5 years of industry/commercial experience is preferred.
- You must have a valid driver's license.
- Proven outside sales experience is necessary.
Skills/Knowledge:
- You should possess strong selling and customer service skills.
- Conflict resolution skills are essential.
- A solid understanding of the commercial automotive industry is necessary.
- You must be a self-starter and flexible enough to adapt to economic or market trends.
- Working knowledge of Madden Co, Top Dog, and Microsoft Suite, as well as our internal software applications, is required.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Strong time management skills are necessary.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
