Job Summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a highly motivated Territory Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a commercial setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
