Key Responsibilities
  • Building and Maintaining Referral Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including senior living communities, geriatric care managers, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.
  • Acquiring New Clients: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your sales skills and industry knowledge to secure new clients for Alvita Care.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that clients are satisfied with our services, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with our operations and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and effective management of client accounts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years of Sales Experience: In the healthcare or home care industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and relationship-building.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with referral sources, clients, and internal teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the home care industry, including the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer software and systems, including CRM platforms and other business tools.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, within assigned territories, to meet with referral sources and clients.
