Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to join our Contract Logistics team, targeting the Florida/South Florida region. As a key member of our sales team, you will support the strategy and vision of our Contract Logistics vertical, establishing and nurturing new customer relationships, executing our Go-to-Market strategy, and developing the NXTPoint sales strategy for future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and customer diversification in the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Meet or exceed annual individual sales goals and objectives, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Utilize sales enablement tools, such as Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to create prospects based on ideal customer profiles.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events, representing NXTPoint Logistics and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop proposals, presentations, and other collateral materials.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, clients, and service partners.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum seven (7) years business development experience in a relevant sales role within the industry.
  • Proven track record of developing prospects and securing new clients.
  • Prior familiarity with the assigned territory.
