Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our Global Product Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for providing on-site service support, including installation, repair, and maintenance of in-house instrumentation. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and current revision levels of service manual documentation. Additionally, you will perform in-house testing of hardware and software changes prior to distribution and ensure that all supporting documentation is accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site service support, including installation, repair, and maintenance of in-house instrumentation.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and current revision levels of service manual documentation.
  • Perform in-house testing of hardware and software changes prior to distribution.
  • Ensure that all supporting documentation is accurate and complete.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent knowledge.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, field service, or related industry experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Automation Systems in diagnostic, middleware field.
  • Trend, analyze, and interpret field-generated data and advise a course of action for problem resolution.
  • Take a systems approach to instrument issues, evaluating implications of both software and hardware on product performance.
  • Provide recommendations in development projects as a customer and service advocate.
