At Calen Nelsen - State Farm Agent, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Representative.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone who can establish strong relationships with customers, educate them about insurance options, and develop leads to grow our business. As an Office Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
- Using a customer-focused approach to ensure excellent service and build trust with our clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
