Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, engaging with customers to sell our services, and driving a growth mindset for sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through positive interactions and a high-energy environment.
  • Engage with customers to sell our services and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and products.
  • Actively participate in daily operations and maintain a sharp eye on details and execution.
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Understand and explain our wash packages and services to customers.
  • Process cash, gift card, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Acquire membership through engaging conversations with customers.
  • Choose the correct rewash option and master load-on procedures.
  • Maintain site and equipment upkeep standards.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for up to 8-12 hours during a shift.
  • Ability to bend and stoop for long periods of time during a shift.
  • Ability to work in wet/humid conditions with odors and dust for 8-12 hours.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and reach overhead on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally during a shift.
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment.
  • Ability to work comfortably on a ladder regularly during a shift.
Leveling of CSR
  • CSR Level 1 - minimum of 0 months' work and/or volunteer service.
  • CSR Level 2 - minimum of 6 months' work and/or volunteer service or combination thereof.
  • CSR Level 3 - minimum of 18 months of work and/or volunteer service or combination thereof.
