Key Responsibilities:

Your Role Includes...

  • Achieving proficiency with the ResWare operating system
  • Contacting various organizations to confirm and authenticate wire transfer details, ensuring all precautions are taken to prevent fraud
  • Initiating and reviewing outgoing wire transfers using various platforms, including banking websites, and processing incoming checks
  • Conducting quality control checks for outgoing wire transfers and check payments across different transaction types
  • Managing physical checks, including voiding and processing stop payments for outgoing checks
