Responsibilities:

  • Greet incoming patients in person or over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Complete pre-visit planning, including contacting patients for updated insurance information and verifying their records.
  • Register new patients and verify existing patient information.
  • Collect co-pays and payments when necessary.
  • Answer inbound calls to schedule patients and serve as a liaison between clinical staff and patients.
  • Perform administrative duties to ensure a seamless patient experience and efficient billing process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  • Punctually attend to tasks and respond to management direction.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Suitable education and experience, preferably in a business office or clinical environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
