Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison with Medical Facilities: Function as liaison with cooperating medical facilities, hospitals, mental health providers, primary care physicians, medical specialists, and other external entities regarding the medical needs of those served.
  • Medication Monitoring: Monitor medication and health issues of individuals served and consult with directors, program managers, staff/DSPs regarding specific needs of the adults as well as general medical issues.
  • Documentation Compliance: Monitor medical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and FRIENDS policies and procedures.

Salary: $35-40/hour

Requirements: Colorado Nursing License, 3 years experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, good written and spoken language skills, able to maintain detailed documentation, records, and reports, valid Colorado driving license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
