Job Overview

The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in the community's sales and marketing efforts, responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive resident engagement and satisfaction. This includes managing the community's sales and marketing database, maintaining sales collateral, coordinating move-in paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing team in managing the community's sales & marketing database">
  • Maintain appropriate sales collateral">
  • Coordinate and obtain all required move-in paperwork and prepare the resident's administrative file">
  • Conduct resident orientations and ensure a successful move-in experience following Sunrise's quality service standards">

Qualifications

  • ">
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred">
  • One (1) year experience in a sales administrative support role">
  • Previous customer service experience demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Able to handle multiple priorities, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving abilities">
  • Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), and able to learn new applications">

Compensation Disclaimer

Selected candidates will be offered competitive compensation based on geographic location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses (where applicable). The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on the location and individual qualifications.
