Additionally, you will support the Revenue Cycle, Health Information Management, and Regulatory departments by ensuring accurate data entry and resolving system errors. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
Lead the Access Services team in resolving customer requests and problems
Monitor and optimize patient flow and staff utilization
Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information
Support the Revenue Cycle, Health Information Management, and Regulatory departments

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
