Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Travel Retail Project Merchandiser to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for traveling to assist other associates in the execution of client projects, including implementing planograms, placing new items, correcting voids, and conducting special merchandising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement planograms accurately and efficiently to meet client expectations.
  • Perform product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image captures according to provided instructions.
  • Execute all tasks, projects, resets, and displays accurately and precisely to maintain account aesthetics.
  • Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize technology effectively and consistently to complete tasks and projects.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate daily activities, sales opportunities, and success or potential barriers effectively to team members and management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
  • Work flexible shifts, including nights, overnight stays, and occasional weekend work, based on store requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Travel is required, with up to 50% of time spent on the road, and may include nights, overnight stays, and occasional weekend work.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred, with prior sales agent, retail, and reset responsibility experience also preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
  • Ability to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs., with frequent lifting/carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
  • Must be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions for limited periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license and access to automobile liability insurance required.
  • Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and email required.
