Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Gable Search Group. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and developing new accounts, effectively managing existing accounts, and presenting to small and large audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and close business.
  • Present to C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians.
  • Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in capital equipment or analytical instruments sales preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in a natural sciences or engineering preferred.
  • Availability for frequent overnight travel (up to 50+%).
What We Offer:
  • Base salary range: $71,000/y to $79,000/y.
  • Uncapped commission plan with monthly payments from dollar one.
  • Monthly car allowance and mileage.
  • Full benefits and profit sharing bonuses.
  • $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.
