Key Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and support our growing corporate and Information Technology infrastructure within a Microsoft Office 365 GCC High environment
- Collaborate with the security team to recommend, select, and implement security policies, procedures, and tools
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure effective communication among team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft and other Cloud environments
  • Microsoft Office 365 GCC High required; experience in migrating to GCC High a plus
  • Package building and deploying with MECM
  • InTune/EndPoint Management
  • ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM
  • CompTIA Security+ required
