Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Material Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at the Hyundai MOBIS Georgia Plant. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient ordering and delivery of materials to support our production schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers and MOBIS Georgia to ensure accurate ordering and delivery of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures and policies of MOBIS Georgia.
  • Conduct and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and quarterly inventories.
  • Provide requirements and inventory assessments to suppliers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure delivery, payment, and ASN confirmation.
  • Analyze and comprehend part requirements to maintain minimum stock levels and manage safety stock.
  • Maintain spot POs, scheduling agreements, source lists, and other SAP functions for inventory control and planning accuracy.
  • Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
  • Compile information for status reports, including production rates and progress, material inventories, and customer information.
  • Manage daily and monthly inventory levels and Engineering Change Order schedule.
  • Monitor MRP process and daily requirement changes.
  • Prepare and analyze transportation cost and planning for cost savings.
  • Maintain SAP Material Master Data for accurate purchase orders.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of experience in supply chain management or materials management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Intermediate communication and mathematical skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
