Training Coordinator

As a Training Coordinator at LFB USA, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our donor center staff. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule and conduct training sessions, collaborating with the Training, Operations, and Quality leadership team to determine the most effective training strategies. You will also be responsible for coordinating training agendas and schedules, assembling training materials, and maintaining training records for all employees within the donor center.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct training sessions with donor center staff
- Collaborate with the Training, Operations, and Quality leadership team to determine the most effective training strategies
- Coordinate training agendas and schedules
- Assemble training materials, including printing documents, binders, and handouts
- Assist in creating training materials to facilitate donor center training
- Maintain training records for all employees within the donor center
- Notify Center Management and the Training Department of specific training requirements
- Assist Center Management in specific training needs arising from audit findings and/or regulatory and operational requests
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret directions and instructions
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to facilitate training
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to train and speak effectively before groups of people
- Basic computer skills
