About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Major Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team at Workday. As a key player in our Field Sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, with a focus on upselling via deal management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Drive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions within Major Account customers.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Workday's internal teams (pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical and sales support).
About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record of success in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. You should have experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once, as well as managing 18+ month long sales cycles end to end and nurturing the relationship throughout.

You should be able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders and have a deep understanding of the strategic competitive landscape. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
