- Work closely with the Head of Credit Advisory to develop training content for Relationship Managers, ensuring that all staff have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of credit products and services, including Private Equity Capital Calls, Financial Sponsors, Art, Aircraft, Yacht, Life Insurance Premium Financing, and Privately held shares.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
