Role Purpose
The primary objective of this position is to drive measurable success for the organization through strategic initiatives. The Client Engagement Manager will oversee the team in implementing strategies, empowering staff, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. Key responsibilities include effective performance management—establishing clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and facilitating professional growth. The Manager will utilize financial expertise to guide the team in comprehending client accounts, making informed decisions, and nurturing long-term relationships. Furthermore, the Manager will emphasize proactive client interaction, monitor metrics to maintain low attrition rates, and promote team success and development.

● Assist with the recruitment and training of new team members.
● Partner with the Director on projects and departmental initiatives.
● Employ results-driven leadership to offer regular feedback, coaching, and professional development through one-on-one meetings and the HR platform.
Operational Responsibilities
● Achieve company-driven attrition goals, focusing on client satisfaction, engagement growth, and retention.
● Review ongoing client satisfaction surveys and provide team coaching and feedback to ensure successful client/contractor engagements.
● Offer insights and recommend necessary adjustments in processes, systems, and service lines as the business evolves.
Qualifications
Individuals who are relational, humble, and intuitive with virtual experience and client service understanding will excel in this role. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of general ledger, accounts receivable/accounts payable functions, and financial reporting. Additionally, candidates will demonstrate responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail, organizational and technological proficiency, and conduct relational and efficiency coaching consistently.
● BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
● Experience as a BELAY Client Success Consultant is preferred but not mandatory.
● Must be a motivated self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal, and trustworthy.
● Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Team player willing to take initiative to complete projects as needed.
● High degree of autonomy with the ability to work remotely.
Working Conditions
BELAY Corporate, as a virtual organization, allows you to work from home full-time. A dedicated and secure workspace, free from distractions, is required. Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday. Some roles may require travel.
