Susan Crandall is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team. With 120 years of experience in the industry, we are a leader in our field and are looking for someone who shares our passion and purpose.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of developing relationships and driving business growth. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process and systems, developing a small team, and leading them to achieve exceptional results.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization and take on a challenging role that will allow you to grow and develop your skills. You will become an expert in training and developing your team, and will have the opportunity to move into a leadership role as you master our systems and process.

The role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities
  • Supervise and lead a small team to achieve exceptional results
  • Train and develop team members on our systems and process
  • Provide daily reporting and updates using our CRM system
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
