About the Position
  1. Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
  2. Continuously monitor and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to supervisors and physicians as necessary.
  3. Accurately document all care activities, assessments, and nursing actions.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and update patient care plans.
  5. Take proactive steps to achieve desired patient outcomes based on assessment and care planning.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Nurse in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Current CPR certification.
Additional State Requirements
  • South Carolina - At least one year of pediatric experience.
  • California - One year of experience required under current licensure.
  • Louisiana - One year of experience as a licensed nurse.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in home health care.
